Mystery Gift is an unlockable active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.

Spawns a random item from the current room's item pool, but has a chance to spawn A Lump of Coal or The Poop instead.

The item spawned depends on Isaac's luck.
• At -10 luck, it has an equal chance to spawn one of the 2 abovementioned items.
• At 0 luck, it has a 83.3% chance to spawn a random item, and 8.3% + 8.3% chance to spawn one of the 2 items.
• At 10 luck, it has a 90.9% chance to spawn a random item, and 4.5% + 4.5% chance to spawn one of the 2 items.
