Slipped Rib is an unlockable familiar in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.

Spawns an orbital familiar that reflects enemy projectiles, making them deal 6 or 7 damage based on whether they would've hurt Isaac for a half or full heart.

The familiar will insta-kill some fly enemies.
