Spawns a familiar that chases nearby enemies, dealing 2 damage per tick (8.57 per second)
The familiar will evolve 2 times after killing some enemies.
Each boss killed by Blood Puppy counts as killing 4 non-boss enemies.
After killing 15 enemies
Blood Puppy deals 7.5 damage per tick (16.07 per second) to enemies.
It will charge at enemies that are aligned with it in the cardinal directions, dealing 90 damage per second while charging.
Drops a Half Red Heart for every 10 enemies it kills.
Becomes hostile and will charge at Isaac if aligned with him, dealing half a heart of damage.
Can be damaged by Isaac to return it back to normal after it takes enough damage. It has 20 health points + 90 armor.
After killing 25 more enemies (40 total)
Increases in size and deals 15 damage per tick (150 per second).
Destroys obstacles it runs into while charging.
Deals a full heart of damage to Isaac.
Drops a full Red Heart after every 10 kills.
Has 50 health points + 90 armor.
