Psy Fly is a familiar in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

Spawns an orbital fly familiar that rapidly chases and blocks enemy shots.

After blocking a certain amount of shots, it enters a shot cooldown period where it only orbits around Isaac, but can still block shots.

The familiar deals 1 damage per tick (15 per second).

This item contributes towards the Beelzebub transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight, converts small enemy flies into Blue Flies, and permanently charms larger enemy flies.
