Terra is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

+1 damage.

Replaces Isaac's tears with rocks that deal extra knockback and have a chance to destroy doors and obstacles.

Rock tears deal varying damage between x0.5 and x2 Isaac's damage.

Tears can destroy the armor of Tuff Twins and The Shell, and bypasses Blasters' damage reduction.
