Jupiter is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

+2 Red Heart containers, of which half a heart will be filled.
-0.3 speed.

Standing still causes Isaac to build up speed at a rate of +0.25 per second, up to a +0.5 total bonus.

Isaac Charges up while standing still. Moving releases a fart cloud that damages and poisons enemies that pass through it. This drains the speed buff at a rate of -0.25 per second. The clouds are active for the duration of the speed buff.

The fart cloud deals 50% of Isaac's damage per tick (150% per second), and lasts ~2.5 seconds.

Grants immunity to poison clouds.
