Voodoo Head item
Voodoo Head is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Spawns an additional Curse Room on each floor, whenever possible. Does not apply to the floor the item was picked up on.
Improves the layouts of Curse Rooms, often making them more beneficial.
Makes a penny spawn in every Curse Room.
Has no effect in Greed Mode.
