Eye Drops item
Eye Drops is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
+40% fire rate to tears fired from the left eye.
Causes Isaac's tears to be fired at a staggered rate.
The first shot after not firing for a while will always be a double shot.
