Spin to Win is an active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

While heldSpawns a spinning wheel familiar that orbits Isaac, blocks enemy shots and deals 3.5 damage per tick (26.25 per second).

On useHolding the active item button makes the wheel spin rapidly around Isaac, giving him +0.5 speed, and increasing the contact damage of all of Isaac's familiars, even if they normally don't do any.

Orbital familiars also spin much faster and knock back both enemies and Isaac while dealing damage.

The contact damage is boosted to 1.5 × ContactDamage + 6. If a familiar does not do contact damage normally, it still received the +6.

This means that Spin to Win deals 11.25 damage per tick (84.38 per second) while spinning.

Also affects Blue Flies and Blue Spiders, and they don't die while the item is in use.

The recharge time is gradually drained over 3 seconds while the item is being used. It can be used even when the charge bar is not full.

Isaac's effective speed can exceed the 2.0 limit, even if the HUD doesn't show it.
