Vasculitis is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

Makes enemies release 1-16 friendly tears in random directions upon death. Tears are colored red which makes them hard to distinguish from enemy projectiles, but they inherit Isaac's tear effects thus their color.

The amount of tears released is based on the enemy's max health points.

Burst tears deal a set amount of damage: 3.2 + 0.3 × CurrentStage.

If an enemy is killed while affected by a status effect, the burst tears will inherit that status effect.
