Tooth and Nail item
Tooth and Nail is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Causes Isaac to turn to stone and sprout spikes every 6 seconds. Isaac is immune to damage while in this state, and deals 40 damage per tick (80 per second). The effect lasts for 1 second.
Isaac will flash white 4 times before turning into stone on the 4th flash. These flashes are accompanied with a ticking sound.
Can be used to enter Curse Rooms and open Spiked Chests for free, but cannot be used to play 
Blood Donation Machines and 
Devil Beggars for free.
