Strawman is an unlockable familiar in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

+1 Bomb.

Spawns Keeper as an extra controllable character alongside Isaac. The familiar will receive the same inputs as Isaac, but can be separated by holding down the "drop" button.

The Keeper will have his base stats, except speed which is shared between both characters. He won't receive any of his starting items.

The Keeper is able to pick up items on his own, thus having a separate inventory. He is not able, however, to pick up active items, trinkets, or consumables.

The Keeper's health is displayed over his head, and he can heal normally by picking up coins. Curse of the Unknown will hide his health bar.

Devil Room items will cost money instead of health while The Keeper is alive.

Placing a bomb will also make The Keeper place a bomb free of charge.

The Keeper is not able to walk through doors on his own, but he can enter the beams of light and the ending chest.

Unlocks for The Keeper cannot be earned by using this item.

When The Keeper dies, he spawns 5 Blue Spiders and the item is removed from Isaac's inventory. None of the items collected by The Keeper are dropped.
