Options? is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Makes 2 room clear rewards spawn instead of 1, but only one of them can be taken, while the other one disappears.
If one of the rewards is a Troll Bomb, picking up the other reward will not make the Troll Bomb disappear.
