Candy Heart is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

On pickupSpawns a Heart.

While heldGives Isaac one of the following stat boost per half heart healed by picking up Red Hearts or Rotten Hearts:
• +0.02 speed.
• +0.05 tears.
• +0.10 flat damage.
• +0.25 range.
• +0.02 shot speed.
• +0.10 luck.

Items that heal Isaac won't grant any boosts. Only hearts picked up off the ground count.

Does not work when adding to Tainted Bethany's blood charges.
