Montezuma's Revenge is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

Continuously shooting for 2.35 seconds allows Isaac to fire a short-range brown Brimstone laser and corn shots behind him.

The laser deals Isaac's damage per tick, 15 times per second, and lasts for ~1.28 seconds.

Corn shots deal 6 damage, and a random amount of them are created with each blast.

This item contributes towards the Oh Crap transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac the ability to heal half a heart by destroying poop piles.
