The Gamekid item
The Gamekid is an unlockable active item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Turns Isaac into a Pac-Man-like creature for 6 seconds and provides the following effects:
Gives invulnerability.
Inflicts fear to all enemies in the room.
Removes the ability to shoot tears.
Allows Isaac to deal 20 contact damage per tick (40 per second).
Has a 50% chance to replenish half a red heart for every enemy that dies while active, even if not killed by Isaac.
Speeds up the game's music.
