Little C.H.A.D. is an unlockable familiar in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and drops a 
Half Red Heart every 3 rooms.
The first drop happens after 2 rooms.
Can drop when defeating C.H.A.D.
