A Lighter trinket
A Lighter is a trinket in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Entering a new room has a luck-based chance to set some enemies on fire.
The burning deals Isaac's damage per tick, up to 5 times.
The chance for the effect to occur scales with luck, going up to 100% with 40 luck.
