A Lighter trinket
A Lighter is a trinket in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Entering a new room has a 20% luck-based chance to set some enemies on fire.
The burning deals Isaac's damage per tick, up to 5 times.
The chance for the effect to occur scales with luck, going up to 100% with 40 luck.
Removes the Tick when picked up.
Note

A Lighter
• 20% chance to inflict burn on an enemy when entering a new room
• Golden Trinket (without Mom's Box): 33% chance to inflict burn on an enemy when entering a new room
• Mom's Box: 33% chance to inflict burn on an enemy when entering a new room
• Mom's Box + Golden Trinket: 50% chance to inflict burn on an enemy when entering a new room
• Chance increases with luck
• Removes The Tick trinket
