Tick is a trinket in The Binding of Isaac.

Removes 15% HP of enemies that have over 60 HP, including bosses.

Heals a Red Heart container upon entering an unexplored Boss Room.

Cannot be dropped unless Match Stick or A Lighter is picked up.

• When entering the boss room, restores 1 red heart and removes 15% health from the boss
• Golden Trinket (without Mom's Box): When entering the boss room, restores 2 red hearts and removes 30% health from the boss
• Mom's Box: When entering the boss room, restores 2 red hearts and removes 30% health from the boss
• Mom's Box + Golden Trinket: When entering the boss room, restores 3 red hearts and removes 30% health from the boss
• Cannot be removed without Match Stick or A Lighter trinkets
