Flat Penny trinket
Flat Penny is a trinket in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants a chance to drop a key when collecting coins.
The chance is based on the coin's worth:
• 
Penny: 25% chance.
• 
Double Penny: 43.75% chance.
• 
Nickel: 76.27% chance.
• 
Dime: 94.37% chance.
Keys can be of any type.
Can be dropped from Special Shopkeepers.
