Counterfeit Penny trinket
Counterfeit Penny is an unlockable trinket in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Picking up a coin has a chance to increase the coin's value by 1.
The chance is based on the coin's worth:
• 
Penny: 50% chance.
• 
Double Penny: 75% chance.
• 
Nickel: 96.88% chance.
• 
Dime: 99.9% chance.
Can be dropped from Special Shopkeepers, Golden Poop, killing a Beggar, or winning a Shell Game.
