Accursed Codex item
Accursed Codex is a passive item in Isaac's Limbus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
When Isaac enters a room:
• Lose -1 Soul Heart if he has any.
If Isaac lost Soul Hearts by this item, +1 damage and +0.3 speed for 3 rooms. (he can't lose soul hearts by this item when the effect is active)
