Bio-venom Vial is a passive item in Isaac's Limbus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
When hitting an enemy, 15% to inflict Confusion
When a confused enemy dies, a random enemy in the room is inflicted with Confusion and takes damage equal to half of the Max Health of the enemy killed (max. DamageStat x 8)
