Contained Maggots is an unlockable passive item in Isaac's Limbus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

When entering a new room, enemies equal to the number of heart containers Isaac has, gain Bleed (min. 1).

Defeat Isaac as Gregor.

This item contributes towards the Beelzebub transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight, converts small enemy flies into Blue Flies, and permanently charms larger enemy flies.
