Tainted Gregor is a character in Isaac's Limbus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

XIII - Death? 'Son, don't forget to go for the heart.'

Blue flies and Blue spiders are replaced with Roaches of a random type.

For every Roach, Tainted Gregor deals +10% Damage. (max. +100%)

On Kill: Spawn 0~1 Roaches of a random type.

When losing a Rotten Heart from taking damage, gain 3~4 Roaches.

Gregor can only have Rotten Hearts.

Gregor can only have 20 Roaches at the same time.
