Ishmael is an unlockable character in Isaac's Limbus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

VIII - Justice Snagharpoon

Shooting tears for 5 seconds, will make her throw her mace inflicting Confusion to all enemies hit.

For every empty Heart Container, gain +25% Damage.

When entering a room:
• If there are 3 or less enemies, gain +50% damage.
• If there are 4 or more enemies, lose -50% damage.

Defeat Mom's Heart without getting hit in this floor
