Token of Atonement is an unlockable passive item in Isaac's Limbus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+3 range.
+0.6 shot speed.
Isaac deals 15 contact damage
When entering a new floor, if Isaac has 1 or less Red Hearts:
Heal +3 Red Hearts. ( in case of not having heart containers, gain +3 Soul Hearts)
How to unlock?
Defeat Satan as 
Sinclair.
Transformations
Leviathan transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +2 Black Hearts.
