Shredder item
Shredder is an unlockable active item in Joseph, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Shreds the currently selected card from Isaac's consumable slot, permanently removing that card from the card pool for the rest of the run, and spawns 5 random pickups.
How to unlock?
Defeat the Lamb as 
Joseph.
