Soul of Envy is an unlockable passive item in Joseph, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+1 damage up for each pickup at a count of 0.
The damage up decreases the more pickups Isaac has, returning to +0 at:
• 15 coins
• 5 bombs
• 5 keys
How to unlock?
Defeat Isaac as 
Joseph.
