​Paramedic's Medikit is an unlockable active item in Kicks and Giggles, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

+1 Extra life.

Inflicts limb loss, dealing a full heart of damage, adding a Broken Heart, and permanently decreasing Isaac's stats until cured.

Limb loss is cured when Isaac dies.

If the last extra life granted this way is consumed, spawns a Suspicious Flask.

Doesn't inflict Limb Loss or deals damage when used as The Lost or its counterparts.

The Pocket Item version held by Tainted Shuko restores 4 Red Hearts, and grants a soul heart to every player, including herself.

Also grants an additional Half Soul Heart to Tainted Shuko.

Earn all Hard Mode completion marks as Tainted Shuko.
