Golden Ring-of-thorns is an unlockable passive item in Kicks and Giggles, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
x2 damage multiplier.
+1 luck.
x0.7 Shot Speed multiplier.
Isaac's tears gain the properties of Head of the Keeper.
Isaac takes an additional full heart of damage every time he takes damage.
Does not increase damage that lacks a penalty.
How to unlock?
Defeat The Beast as 
Tainted Lewis.
