Shattered Candy item
Shattered Candy is an unlockable active item in Kicks and Giggles, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Isaac throws a coin, bomb, or key in random directions to attack enemies.
This item cannot be used unless Isaac has at least one key, one bomb, and one coin.
Coin tears inflict Midas' Touch's petrification effect.
Key tears pierce enemies and spawn quickly disappearing pickups if they collide with an enemy.
Thrown bombs work almost identically to Isaac's bombs.
How to unlock?
Defeat Ultra Greedier as 
Wynne.
