Eros item
Eros is an unlockable passive item in Kicks and Giggles, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On use
Isaac can now fire a homing, piercing arrow tear once per room by tapping any of the attack keys.
The arrow pierces and permanently charms enemies.
The arrow also deals damage equal to 25% of the affected enemy's maximum HP.
While held Friendly enemies replenish 10% of their maximum health per second.
How to unlock?
Defeat Mother as 
Winifred.
