Boulder Bottom is a passive item in Lazy MattPack, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Does not appear in any item pools unless the "ItemPool Config" setting is changed to "All Items".

Obtained by using Hagalaz on Rock Bottom.

All temporary effects, such as ones granted by active items, trinkets, and consumables, will never end.

Items rerolled or removed from the player will be instantly given back.

Additionally grants the effect of Rock Bottom.

Effects and items that would make Isaac un-killable are excluded from the item's effects.
