Multi Mush is a passive item in Lazy MattPack, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Does not appear in any item pools unless the "ItemPool Config" setting is changed to "All Items".

Obtained by breaking a Gold Heart in a room containing Magic Mushroom.

x2 Planetarium chance multiplier.

Doubles Isaac's size modifier.
Doubles Isaac's max heart containers.
Doubles Isaac's max speed.

All enemies and projectiles are sped up by 1.5x.

This item contributes towards the Fun Guy transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will give Isaac +1 full red heart container.
