Devil's Yo-Yo is a passive item in Lazy MattPack, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Does not appear in any item pools unless the "ItemPool Config" setting is changed to "All Items".

Obtained by using Spin to Win on Damocles.

Summons a dangling, bladed yo-yo above Isaac's head. As long as the yo-yo is active, item pedestals from all sources become tripled, spawning two additional free items next to them.

Items duplicated from ones that require payment, such as Devil Deal and Shop items, will require the same type of payment as the original item.

Items duplicated from blind items, such as from alt path Treasure Rooms, will also be blind.

The additional items are pulled from the current room's item pool, even if the original item was from another pool.

Each frame, the yo-yo has a 1/2500 chance to activate and begin sawing Isaac, continuously damaging him for half a heart until he is down to exactly half a heart.

The damage dealt by the yo-yo activates on-damage effects, doesn't affect deal chance, and can never kill Isaac.

There is a 1/15 chance for any activation of the yo-yo to be a harmless taunt, only dangling above Isaac while spinning and stopping after 4 seconds.
