Blood Shrine item
Blood Shrine is an unlockable active item in Lost and Forgotten, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Removes 1 full Red Heart container or 3 Soul Hearts and creates a blood shrine.
If Isaac dies he's teleported to the shrine and revived with half a red heart.
How to unlock?
Defeat The Beast as Tainted Joseph.
