Red Mass item
Red Mass is an unlockable active item in Lost and Forgotten, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Kills a random enemy in the room with a 15% chance for it to drop a random 
Heart.
There's a chance for Isaac to take a full heart of damage instead.
How to unlock?
Defeat Satan as Joseph.
