Caecus consumable
Caecus is a consumable in Lost and Forgotten, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
All items on the current floor with a quality lower than 3 will have a 75% chance of being rerolled.
All items on the next floor with quality higher than 1 will have a 75% chance of being rerolled.
