Parasite Eggs is a passive item in Lost and Forgotten, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Adds a 10% chance to shoot Parasite Eggs that slow enemies and create maggots after colliding with an enemy.

Maggots jump from enemy to enemy, dealing damage.

The chance to fire a slowing tear goes up to 40% at 12 luck.
