Personality Split is an unlockable passive item in Lost and Forgotten, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Each room Isaac gains two personality masks that stay on different cardinal positions from Isaac.

Masks give special effects if Isaac is looking in their direction:
Happy MaskCreates a yellow laser ring that remains on the same position.
Sad MaskGrants a huge tears up and a slight damage down.
Fear MaskGrants homing and fears all enemies in front of it.
Rage MaskSlowly increases Isaac's damage.

Defeat Hush as Joseph.
