Purple Skull item
Purple Skull is a passive item in Lost and Forgotten, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants three cursed wisps that deal 2 contact damage and initially orbit Isaac.
After Isaac fires a shot all three wisps will start orbiting that tear.
They also follow Isaac's other special attacks.
