Schizophrenia item
Schizophrenia is a passive item in Lost and Forgotten, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Stationary Delusion familiars will begin to appear around the room that fire homing projectiles at the nearest enemy.
If Isaac gets closer to them they start to fade away making their tears weaker and eventually disappearing completely.
