Dead Womb is a passive item in Lost and Forgotten, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Adds a 7% chance to shoot Fetus tears that spawn a dying baby upon contact.
Dying babie orbit enemies and block all projectiles.
They explode after blocking 3 projectiles or after a while.
