Chaos Data is a pickup in Reverie: Make Good Omissions, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Only appears when playing as Rin.

Grants 1~3 random effects, akin to TMTRAINER.

The trigger conditions for effects with trigger conditions include:
• When hitting enemies
• When killing an enemy
• When taking damage
• After clearing a room
• After picking up a coin/key/bomb/heart
• After pickup

Effects with trigger conditions include:
• Deals damage within range of the target (Targets are enemies if triggered by "when damaging enemies" or "when killing an enemy", otherwise targets Isaac).
• Grants an item's effect in the current room.
• Activates an active item's effect.
• Spawns an entity.

Effects with trigger conditions may have a chance to trigger.

Effects without trigger conditions include:
• Grants an item's effect.
• Randomly changes stats 1~6 times, following the same pattern as Rin's starting stats.
