TMTRAINER is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

On pickupPetrifies all enemies in the room and sets them on fire.

Fades out the music, making it silent until another music track starts playing.

While heldCauses all future items to become glitched, causing them to become random combinations of 2-3 effects based on other items, as well as effects that are not normally controlled by Isaac, such as enemy spawns.

Item sprites are also combined from other item sprites, often appearing in different colors.

This does not apply to quest items.

Glitched items can be either active or passive. There is a 75% chance for them to be passive.

Random effects can be assigned on random events, such as upon taking damage, enemy death, room clear, etc.

Glitched items will have random prices in shops.
