Everything Jar is an unlockable active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

Spawns a different pickup based on the number of charges the item had when used:
• 1: poop.
• 2: Penny.
• 3: Bomb.
• 4: Key.
• 5: Heart.
• 6: pill.
• 7: card, rune, or soul stone.
• 8: Soul Heart.
• 9: Gold Heart.
• 10: Golden Key.
• 11: Golden Bomb.

If the item was fully charged, it instead does one of the following:
• Spawns a random amount of various pickups.
• Spawns a neutral fly.
• Spawns a bunch of friendly Dips, Blue Flies, and Blue Spiders.
• Closes the room's doors and spawns random enemies in front of each door, including Secret Room entrances.
• Spawns an item pedestal that cycles between 9 different items, 30 times per second, Items are selected from the current room's item pool.
• Spawns many different colored beams of light that deal damage to enemies and scale with Isaac's damage.
• Fills the room with poop.
• Spawns 6 Troll Bombs.
• Invokes the effects of Dataminer.
• Spawns a bunch of Shopkeepers.
• Spawns a Giga Bomb pickup that has a chance to be lit and explode.
• Does nothing.

Everything Jar

• Spawns the item displayed in the jar's icon
• Can be activated with any number of charges
• The displayed reward improves with more charges
• Activating with a full 12 charges results in a completely random effect
• Abyss: x1 locust 1x Isaac's damage
• Book of Virtues: x1 middle wisp - 2 hp - 3 damage
• Book of Virtues: Spawns a random wisp
