Keeper's Sack is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

On pickupSpawns 3 random coins and 1 Key.

While heldGrants stat upgrades for each item/pickup purchased with money. It can give the following upgrades:
• +0.5 damage.
• +0.25 range.
• +0.03 speed.

Every 3¢ spent in a shop will give boosts to a specific stat, going in the order of damage -> range -> speed.

Buying 15¢ items gives the same amount of stats as buying 5 3¢ items.
