Keeper's Box is an unlockable active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

Spawns a random Shop pickup or item that must be bought for its normal shop price. The item will be chosen from the Shop item pool.

Has an equal ~11.1% chance to spawn a card, pill, bomb, key, battery, item, soul heart, red heart, or a grab bag.

If used inside of a Devil Room, pickups will be surrounded by spikes that damage Isaac for a full heart, and items will cost hearts.

• Spawns 1 random shop item or pickup on the ground, which must be purchased to be collected
• Abyss: x1 locust .75x Isaac's damage
• Book of Virtues: x1 middle wisp - 2 hp - 3 damage
• Book of Virtues: Enemies killed by the wisp have a chance to drop coins
